Der sogenannte craniosacrale Rhythmus entsteht durch die Bewegung der Gehirn- und R\u00fcckenmarksfl\u00fcssigkeit und beeinflusst den gesamten Organismus.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Durch feine, gezielte Ber\u00fchrungen werden Spannungen im Gewebe wahrgenommen und Impulse gesetzt. Der K\u00f6rper kann dadurch eigene Ausgleichsbewegungen entwickeln und seine Selbstregulation aktivieren.<\/p><p>Typische <strong>Anwendungsbereiche<\/strong> sind:<\/p><p>\u2013 stressbedingte \u00dcberlastungszust\u00e4nde und Ersch\u00f6pfungssymptomatik<br>\u2013 vegetative Dysregulation (z. B. innere Unruhe, Schlafprobleme)<br>\u2013 Spannungssymptome im Kopf-, Nacken-, Schulter- und Kieferbereich<br>\u2013 funktionelle Beschwerdebilder ohne eindeutige organische Ursache<br>\u2013 psychosomatische Belastungssituationen<br>\u2013 Unterst\u00fctzung in Phasen erh\u00f6hter emotionaler oder k\u00f6rperlicher Beanspruchung<\/p><p><strong>Dauer einer Behandlung<\/strong>: 45 -
